This Privacy Policy explains how we process information when you use our crypto wallet. We strive for maximum transparency and the protection of your privacy, following the best practices of decentralized finance (DeFi).
1. Non-custodial Architecture
We are a non-custodial wallet. This means that we never have access to your funds, private keys, or seed phrase (Recovery phrase). All cryptographic information is generated and stored exclusively locally on your device.
2. Information We DO NOT Collect
Creating an account is not required to use the wallet. We do not collect personal data such as your name, email, phone number, or physical address. We do not have KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
3. Blockchain and Public Data
Please remember that any transaction on the blockchain (e.g., Ethereum, Base, Optimism) is public by nature. Address balances and transaction histories are available to everyone. Our interface reads this public data to display it in the app.
4. Third-party Services (RPC and API)
For the wallet to work correctly (displaying current prices, calculating taxes, sending transactions to the network), we use third-party infrastructure providers. When interacting with these services, standard network data (such as IP address or User-Agent) may be transmitted. We select providers who respect user privacy.
5. Local Settings
Your user settings (selected local currency, hidden balances, theme) are stored exclusively on your device and are not transmitted to external servers.
